1. No Refunds After Service Begins

Once payment has been made and the job has been started, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By agreeing to service and allowing work to begin, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

2. Customer Approval Before Service

Before any work begins, customers will be provided with a final price or estimate confirmation.

By approving the job and permitting our team to start, you agree to the scope of work and associated costs.

3. Cancellations Before Service

If you need to cancel or reschedule a job, you must do so before the service begins.

  • No charges will apply if the job is canceled prior to arrival or before work has started

  • Once work has begun, this policy no longer applies

4. Service Satisfaction

If you have concerns during the job, you must notify us immediately while work is in progress so we have an opportunity to address the issue.

We strive to complete every job to customer expectations, but no refunds will be provided after work has started or been completed.

5. Exceptions

No exceptions will be made to this refund policy unless required by applicable law.
